Easter Bark with Cadbury Mini Eggs

Easter bark with Cadbury mini eggs and pretzels is a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for Easter!

This sweet and salty bark is made by melting white chocolate and topping it with Cadbury mini eggs and crunchy pretzels.

Ingredients

- White chocolate - Cadbury mini eggs - Assorted pretzels - Mini pretzels - Gel food coloring

Break the white chocolate bars into small pieces and melt using a double boiler or in the microwave.

Step 1

Once the chocolate is melted, portion 9 tablespoons of melted chocolate into three separate ramekins (3 tablespoons in each ramekin).

Step 2

Add 1-2 drops of the red gel food coloring to the melted chocolate in the first ramekin and stir. Repeat with the green and yellow.

Step 3

Pour the remaining uncolored melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Step 4

Immediately drop small spoonfuls of each of the colors on top of the melted white chocolate and use a skewer to make swirls.

Step 5

While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the Cadbury mini eggs and mini pretzels over the top of the chocolate, pressing them down lightly so they stick.
