Mini Egg Rice Krispie Easter Nests

Easter nests are a delicious and visually appealing dessert perfect for celebrating Easter.

These nests are filled with Nutella and coconut and then topped with mini chocolate eggs for a burst of color and flavor.

Ingredients

- Rice Krispie cereal - Mini marshmallows - Cadbury mini eggs - Butter - Vanilla extract

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.

Step 1

Add a pinch of salt and the bag of mini marshmallows. Stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted and combined with the butter.

Step 2

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 3

Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the saucepan. Mix well until all the cereal is coated with the marshmallow mixture.

Step 4

Scoop 3-4 tbsp of the Rice Krispies mixture into each of the wells in the muffin tin. Use your hands to press them down.

Step 5

Spoon a dollop of Nutella into the center of each nest. Sprinkle with the colored shredded coconut and top with 3 Cadbury mini eggs.
