Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15oz) garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoon tahini
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If the hummus is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings as necessary.
  • Serve with your favorite sweet or savory sides.
