This quick and easy sugar cookie fudge is the perfect festive recipe for the holidays. Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • cups sugar cookie mix
  • 2 tablespoon butter unsalted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup christmas sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside. This will make it easier to remove the fudge from the pan once it has set.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan and warm over low heat. You don’t want the milk to boil, just warm it up so that it’s easier to work with.
  • Add the white chocolate chips, butter, sugar cookie mix, and vanilla to the saucepan and stir until the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
  • Top with sprinkles, if desired. Tap the pan on the countertop a few times so that the sprinkles sink into the fudge. This will help ensure that they stick to the fudge once it has set.
  • Place the pan in the fridge and allow the fudge to set for at least 2 hours. Once it has set, use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into small squares.
