Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces sausage smoked chicken, kielbasa, andouille, or chorizo
  • pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the sausages into ¼-inch slices, quarter the potatoes, and slice the onions.
  • Place the sausages, potatoes, and onions in the casserole dish and mix together with the garlic, seasonings, and olive oil.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are partially cooked through.
  • While the potatoes, sausage, and onions are cooking, top and tail the green beans and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
  • Add the green beans to the casserole dish and mix everything together.
  • Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the green beans are cooked to your preference.
  • Top with fresh parsley and serve.
