  • 4 large overripe bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 15.25 ounce box spice cake mix

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or an electric mixer.
  • Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and spice cake mix to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for an additional 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
