Add the sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan and warm over low heat. You don’t want the milk to boil, just warm it up so that it’s easier to work with.

Add the white chocolate chips, butter, sugar cookie mix, and vanilla to the saucepan and stir until the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.

Top with sprinkles, if desired. Tap the pan on the countertop a few times so that the sprinkles sink into the fudge.

Place the pan in the fridge and allow the fudge to set for at least 2 hours. Once it has set, use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into small squares.
