This pumpkin cold foam is a delicious and easy-to-make Starbucks copycat. It's made with milk, pumpkin spice sauce (with real pumpkin), and topped with pumpkin spice mix.
In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients for the pumpkin spice sauce and stir until well combined. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce is thickened and smooth.
Pour the milk into a large cup or mug and insert the frothing wand of an electric milk frother. Turn on the frother and hold it just below the surface of the milk.
How To Store Leftovers
I strongly recommend making it right before you want to use it as it may not re-whip back into a foam once the pumpkin sauce has been added.
