Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius). Once preheated, cook the bacon for 8–10 minutes, or until crispy.

Chop the cooked bacon into small pieces and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, green onions, shredded gruyere, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the pre-made phyllo shells.

Transfer the shells to the air fryer basket and air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit  (177 degrees Celsius) for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
