Simple Slow Cooker Curried Sausages

This hearty dish consists of sausages that are cooked slowly in a crockpot or slow cooker with a mixture of curry spices, vegetables, and a creamy sauce.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sausages. Cook until browned on all sides, then remove from the pan. Cut into slices on the diagonal and transfer to the slow cooker.

Add the sliced onions to the same skillet and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.

Add the garlic and curry powder to the onions in the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the potatoes, carrots, onion and curry mixture, salt, pepper, and sugar to the slow cooker with the sausages. Pour the beef broth over the top.

Cover and cook on high heat for 4-5 hours or on low heat for 6–8 hours, or until the sausages and vegetables are tender and cooked through.
