Place the tofu on a plate or cutting board and gently press it with your hands to remove any excess moisture.

Once the tofu is pressed, cut it into 1-inch cubes and place it in a bowl with 2 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Add the corn starch to the bowl and stir until the tofu is evenly coated.

Spray your air fryer with cooking spray and preheat it to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Carefully add the tofu to the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it.
