Ingredients

  • pre-made pie crust
  • ¼ cup strawberry jelly
  • 1 cup vanilla icing
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Roll out the pre-made pie crust and use your cookie cutter to cut out as many pieces as you can from the crust. Make sure that you have an even number of pieces when you're done as you'll need two pieces of pie crust per pop tart.
  • Spoon 1 teaspoon of jelly on half of the cut-outs and then place a second cut-out on top of the jelly for each pop tart. Press the edges together with a fork to seal.
  • Gently brush the top of each pop tart with melted butter and place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove cooked pop tarts from the air fryer, smother with the vanilla icing, and add the sprinkles on top.
  • Serve and enjoy!
