Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon

This teriyaki salmon air fryer recipe is healthy and delicious! The salmon is marinated in a homemade teriyaki sauce, then cooked to perfection in the air fryer. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Plus, it's healthy and packed with protein!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound salmon filets
  • 3 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon white vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Place the salmon in the bowl with the teriyaki marinade and coat evenly. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through (the internal temperature should reach at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • While the salmon is cooking, transfer the leftover marinade to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
  • Brush the salmon with the glaze and serve over steamed rice and vegetables. Enjoy!
