  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
