Ingredients
  

Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

  • 10 ounces sweet potato fries
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • spray oil

Maple Mustard Sauce

  • cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • tablespoon maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the frozen sweet potato fries in the basket of your air fryer and spray with a little bit of oil, if desired.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Maple Mustard Sauce

  • Simply whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and serve with your sweet potato fries.
