Ingredients
  

  • pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound carrots
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes and peel the carrots.
  • Dice the potatoes and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  • Toss the potatoes and carrots with oil and spices in a large bowl.
  • Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Shake the basket a few times during cooking to ensure that they cook evenly.
