Cherry Mango Popsicles

Summertime is the perfect time for popsicles! This recipe for cherry mango popsicles is a fun and easy way to enjoy the flavors of summer. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup mango nectar

Instructions
 

Single-Color Popsicles

  • Blend all of the ingredients together, pour into the popsicle mold, and freeze.

Layered Popsicles

  • Add the frozen mango, coconut milk, and half of the maple syrup, lime juice, and mango nectar to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and then transfer the mango mixture to a separate jug or bowl.
  • Add the frozen cherries and the remaining maple syrup, lime juice, and mango nectar to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour or spoon the cherry and mango purees into the popsicle molds, alternating colors to create the different layers.
  • Put the lid on the popsicle mold and freeze for about 1 hour, then remove from the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for another 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the popsicle mold and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you have any difficulty removing the popsicles from the mold, you can run them under warm water for a few seconds and they'll come right out.
