Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

Author: Jenna
This chicken bacon ranch sandwich is a classic American favorite that combines the flavors of roast chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing. The creamy ranch dressing adds a cool and tangy flavor to the sandwich, providing a delicious contrast to the smoky bacon and savory chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 bread rolls Cuban, hoagie, or ciabatta
  • 2 tablespoon salted butter
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 4 tablespoon ranch dressing
  • 1 small avocado optional

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking your bacon until crispy. I like to do this in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius) for 8-10 minutes.
  • Next, toast your buns. Place the buns in a toaster or broiler and cook until lightly toasted on both sides.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and spread over the inside of the toasted buns.
  • Shred the rotisserie chicken and place it in a medium bowl. Pour in the ranch dressing and stir until the chicken is well coated.
  • To assemble the sandwich, place a slice of cheese on the bottom of the bun. Add a generous amount of the ranch-coated chicken on top of the cheese. Add two slices of crispy bacon on top of the chicken, then add another slice of cheese.
  • If using, add a few slices of avocado on top of the cheese.
  • Top with the other half of the bun and repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches.
