Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi

This quick and easy air fryer gnocchi is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Made with only shelf-stable gnocchi, oil, and a few basic seasonings, this is a great weeknight meal or side dish that can be on the table in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add the gnocchi to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt (if using) to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Transfer the gnocchi to the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve with your favorite sauce and toppings (optional). Enjoy!
