Ingredients

  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 2 honeycrisp apples
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ice

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all of your ingredients. You'll need two apples, rum, lime juice, mint leaves, apple cider, and club soda.
  • Slice one of the apples into thin slices. These will be used for garnish, so you can make them as thin or thick as you like. Set the apple slices aside.
  • Cut the other apple into small pieces. You'll need about 1 cup of chopped apples for the drink.
  • Add the rum, lime juice, mint leaves, and chopped apples to a glass.
  • Muddle the ingredients together. This helps to release the flavors of the mint and lime and also breaks up the apple pieces so they'll be easier to drink.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Top off the drink with apple cider and club soda.
  • Garnish the drink with a few slices of apple and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
