Ingredients

  • pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Bad Byron's Butt Rub seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Trim any excess fat and silver skin from the pork tenderloin and rub it with avocado oil.
  • Mix the brown sugar and butt rub seasoning together in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice blend all over the pork tenderloin.
  • Allow the seasoned tenderloin to rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to 2 hours so that flavors from the seasoning have time to work their magic.
  • Place the pork in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches between 145 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the pork from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing and serving.
