Ingredients

  • 20 ounces Ghirardelli premium white chocolate bars broken into pieces
  • ½ cup Cadbury mini eggs roughly chopped
  • ½ cup mini pretzels broken into pieces
  • assorted sprinkles
  • gel food coloring red, yellow, and green

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Break the Ghirardelli white chocolate bars into small pieces. Place them in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl and melt until smooth, stirring regularly.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, portion 9 tablespoons of melted chocolate into three separate ramekins (3 tablespoons in each ramekin).
  • Add 1-2 drops of the red gel food coloring to the melted chocolate in the first ramekin and stir until fully incorporated. Repeat with the green and yellow food coloring.
  • Pour the remaining uncolored melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Immediately drop small spoonfuls of each of the colors on top of the melted white chocolate or just drizzle it on in alternating colors. Use a skewer to make swirls in the colored chocolate.
  • While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the Cadbury mini eggs and mini pretzels over the top of the chocolate, pressing them down lightly so they stick.
  • Sprinkle the assorted sprinkles over the top of the chocolate, focusing on areas that need extra color.
  • Let the bark cool at room temperature for at least an hour, or until it is fully hardened. Once the bark has hardened, break or cut it into pieces of your desired size.
