Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil and butter in a large pan over high heat.
  • Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add the broccoli and cover. Saute for 5-7 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  • Remove from the heat and squeeze lemon juice over the broccolini.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
