Pour the milk into a large cup or mug and insert the frothing wand of an electric milk frother. Turn on the frother and hold it just below the surface of the milk. Move it around in a circular motion until the milk forms a thick foam and more than doubled in volume.
Pour the pumpkin sauce into the frothed milk and stir gently to combine.
Pour the milk mixture over a cup of cold brew coffee or regular brewed coffee. Serve immediately.
