  • cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Frosting

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and grease a 7.5x6-inch baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir the dry ingredients together until well combined.
