This viral TikTok salmon recipe comes together in about 5 minutes and packs a punch of flavor, thanks to the clever but simple combination of soy sauce, mayo, and sriracha. Made using leftover rice and salmon, this is a delicious and filling way to use up your leftovers.
Using a fork, flake the cooked salmon into small pieces.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cooked rice and flaked salmon.
Place a single ice cube on top of the rice and salmon mixture and cover the bowl with a sheet of parchment paper. Microwave for about 2 minutes or until the rice and salmon is warm, then remove what remains of the ice cube.
Drizzle soy sauce, Kewpie mayo, and sriracha over top of the mixture and mix together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
