Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz silken tofu
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon oil light-flavored
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings as desired.
  • Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
